Sanitation, product quality, and customer satisfaction are our top priorities here at POSH. Please let us know if you have any concerns or if you are unsatisfied with the service you received. We are more than happy to make it right or fix any service within 8 days of your visit (proof of receipt required). There are no refunds or exchange of service once your service is done. No exceptions will be tolerated in this regard.
We are not responsible if you get any allergic reactions to our products. Please inform your service tech if you have any allergies, or health problems, or if you are taking insulin before your service begins. We are not responsible for any accidents or lost or broken personal belongings. We will levy a charge if you break nail polish bottles. Please watch your children when they are here.
An ID is required for all card transactions.
